Ride terms

Who we are

Drivers Panamá connects travelers with independent local drivers we check one by one. You request your ride on driverspanama.com, we give you the price and assign the ride to a verified driver.

Price and booking fee

When you send your request, we email you a quote with the total price. To confirm it, you pay a booking fee of 20% of the total in advance to Drivers Panamá, using the payment link we send you. Your ride is confirmed once we receive the booking fee.

The rest of the payment

On the day of the ride, you pay the rest to your driver. Your confirmation tells you the exact amount and how the driver takes payment.

If you cancel

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we refund the full booking fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before or don't show up, the booking fee isn't refunded, because the driver has already set that time aside for you.

If we cancel

If Drivers Panamá has to cancel your ride, for example because no driver is available, we always refund the full booking fee.

Your details

We only share with the assigned driver what they need for your ride. More in our privacy policy.
