No driver appears on Drivers Panamá until someone on our team has checked their license, their photo and their car.

Driver's license
Every driver uploads a photo of their license and we check it by hand.

The profile photo has to be the person who drives. If it isn't, it's rejected.
Their car
Make, model, year, seats and a photo of the car, so you recognize it when it arrives.
Final approval
Once everything is checked, we approve the driver and only then does their page go live.
Ratings from passengers.
- They're left from the driver's page, after the ride.
- One per person every 30 days, with bot protection.
- Each driver's rating and reviews are shown on their profile.
Before you get in.
- When your ride is confirmed, we send you your driver's name, photo and car.
- Check the photo and the car when they arrive.
- If something doesn't match, don't get in and message us.
If something goes wrong, tell us.
We read every message. If a driver doesn't meet our standards, we review it and they can be removed from Drivers Panamá.
